"Test Drive" of a house with a garden
Description
We have been working on this project for DUBLDOM for a year. The exhibition site for the new line of houses was not just an exhibition. It was an opportunity to experience how life changes when you have your own house with a garden. Our goal was to create a space where the idea of country comfort becomes tangible.
A well-thought-out network of paths provided easy access to each house. Landscaping created the effect of a natural environment. In addition to wild plants, we planted fruit trees and shrubs, such as apple trees, serviceberries, mountain ash, and currants. We also added picturesque groups of perennials and a garden with fragrant herbs, including mint, catnip, and sage.
Each house has its own private garden, a place for peace and relaxation. The exhibition space is open all year round. Guests can see how the space lives and changes with the seasons, and plan their future based on real experiences. The project was implemented in collaboration with partner TESSERA.ART
For a private holiday, each house has its own private area — a secluded garden where you can relax in silence. The exhibition area is open to the public all year round, which allows you to clearly see and evaluate all the advantages of the project in any season and plan your future life outside the city based on your impressions.
The result of the work
The result is a complete immersion. The garden panorama opens from every window, erasing the boundary between interior and nature. This is the real preview of country life that you can experience.
The garden was awarded a bronze diploma by the Russian National Prize for Landscape Architecture and Garden Art in 2025.
