Description
A Mediterranean oasis in the center of Sochi: a harmonious duet of nature and architecture. The planning concept of the project provides for multi-level flower beds that echo the architecture of the building. The tiered nature of the flower beds is also emphasized by the choice of plants, which create additional volume dividing the hotel area into functional zones.
To create the atmosphere of a Mediterranean resort, European Olive was chosen as an accent plant. Its silvery foliage adds a graceful note of freshness to the green landscape. White-flowering and silver-leafed plants were selected as a duet for the olive tree. White oleander and gaura flowers, agapanthus umbrellas, and thyme carpets create a feeling of freshness and purity.
The facility uses nuanced decorative lighting. Groups of lamps are decorated in the evenings with the special magic of an oasis, as if fireflies are sitting among the plants.
The result of the work
The project was developed jointly with the architectural bureau Horomystudio. As a result of cooperation, a green “island” appeared in the heart of the bustling city, which offers relaxation in an atmosphere of harmony and beauty.
